catholicthirst asked: Hey, I'm from a Catholic school in Lincoln, NE and we're currently in a nationwide contest to win $500,000 from Kohl's. We need to build a kitchen for our school. We are the only Catholic high school in our town and have more than 1000 students. We currently cook all lunches in a different building (that is slated to be torn down) and have to push it in carts across parking lots to get to our lunchroom. It can be awful in our Nebraska weather. Our student population is only growing in size; we recently had to add another lunch period which means more trips back and forth for our lunch staff to make.
